Getting a study Visa into Belarus is easy. We will provide you with all you need to know about getting a study permit (Visa) to Belarus. Since Belarus is one of the best places to study, you will need to be prepared in order to meet the standard of Visa issuance requirements. 

То obtain a study visa, the following documents would be submitted to the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus or Consulate in your home country:

  • A passport valid for travel to Belarus and issued less than ten years validity. It should have at least two blank visa pages and should be valid for at least 90 days upon conclusion of your trip.
  • A completed Visa Application Form
  • An original of a letter of invitation from an Educational establishment or academic institution in the Republic of Belarus.
  • Educational certificate including all studied subjects and marks in it.
  • Medical certificate given by an official public health service in the native/country of arrival of the candidate.
  • HIV/AIDS test certificate given by anan official public health service in the native/country of arrival of the candidate.
  • Birth Certificate.
  • 10 photos 4 x 6 cm
  • Invitation Letter issued by the Ministry of Education in Belarus.
  • Full consular fee for visa processing payable to the Consulate of Belarus in accordance with Visa Processing Fees.

Also Note:

  • Visas, normally, shall be issued within 5 business days. This vaires from country to country. Please contact the Belarus Embassy in your country for more information.
  • Express visas can be issued within 48 hours. This vaires from country to country. Please contact the Belarus Embassy in your country for more information.
  • After arriving to Belarus foreign citizens must report in 5 business days the information about the address and duration of their stay to the local Passport and Visa Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and have registration put in passport.This will be arranged by the University staff as there is always assistance of this sort in all Belarusian universities.
